The MODULONE Linear bookbinding module is capable of quickly binding up to 500 pages or 25 mm thick documents. The system handles a wide variety of paper types with ease, including standard copy paper, coated stock, heavy paper and photo paper as well as non-paper materials like film. With the MODULONE Linear module, you can bind books and documents in seconds using hard covers, soft covers, binding strips, or even your printed sheets as front and back covers without any additional cover material.
Layflat Module
The MODULONE Layflat module is designed for the production of prestige flush mount books featuring a free-floating spine and seamless edge-to-edge opening. The lay-flat binding structure enables pages to open completely flat, creating uninterrupted double-page spreads with a refined panoramic presentation. From miniature formats to impressive oversized books up to 50 × 50 cm (20”x20”), the system offers complete creative freedom for premium publishing and luxury presentation applications.

Case making modules
The Fastbind MODULONE main unit is already a fully equipped, high-performance case-making system. It already integrates cover guides with a light table, a built-in vacuum and air table system that ensures perfect positioning and handling of materials. To take your case-making even further, MODULONE can be enhanced with a range of dedicated modules: corner cutter, spacers, spine guides, and a choice of 2 types of edge-folding units. The roller unit can also act as a cover press.

Versamod CPM540 is the modular version of Fastbind VERDSALONE creasing and perforating system. Engineered for precision and versatility, VERSALONE CPM540 is supplied with three standard creasing matrices, allowing you to effortlessly score materials from 80g/m² copy paper up to 500 g/m² board. Versamod CPM540 easily transforms to handle perforating and die-cutting tasks. Tool changes are quick and straightforward, enabling you to switch applications in seconds and keep your workflow efficient. The unit is capable of perforating up to 15 sheets simultaneously or up to 500 g/m² stock.
