Fastbind ONE Sense Ultra is the only binding machine you need for all your binding jobs, including for hard covers. Highly flexible, this perfect binder quickly binds hard and soft cover books of all thicknesses or formats up to A4 portrait or landscape and 50 mm thick with just one button and you bind up to 4 books per minute!

The automated ONE Sense Ultra has motorized clamping, roughening, gluing and nipping for a constant quality of binding. Just lift the Sesame arm, place your book, close and press the button. Equipped with sensors, the machine will automatically adjust the number of cycles and the pressure needed to bind your book. In serial production, you get a constant quality of binding, with a strong and perfectly square spine each time.

Fastbind ONE Sense Ultra is ready to bind in less than 15 minutes from switch on and does not require daily cleaning. The Sesame system© gives easy access to the book. You just lift the arm, place your book, lower the arm and press the button for up to 4 books a minute! All operations: clamping, roughening, gluing and nipping at the press of one button.

Modular design

Fastbind ONE Sense Ultra comes with our PGO Gen 5 spine preparation system. Like all the binders in the ONE family, ONE Sense Ultra’s modular design enables multiple upgrades after purchase. These affordable tooling options include:

After purchasing your ONE Sense Ultra, you can add an optional PUR tool that will enable your binder to use PUR glue with easy and fast cleaning. You can also get PUREX fume extractor and filters on demand.

Hard Cover Toolkit

The optional hardcover toolkit consists of a nipping bar and a special paper guide. The special shape of the bar gives a professional look to the finished book.
