It features an intuitive touch-screen control panel and automatically measures book size and thickness to ensure precision. Motorized clamping, roughening, gluing, and nipping deliver constant quality, producing a strong and perfectly square spine every time. Designed to perform from single-book production to high-volume runs of up to 1,000 books per day, it is ready to operate in under 15 minutes and requires easy maintenance, with PUR cleaning completed in under 10 minutes.

Versatile and efficient, ONE Sense Ultra XXL produces hard and soft cover books, tear-off pads, and strip bindings. It supports any format from A6 up to 457 × 457 mm (SRA3+ portrait or landscape) and handles any thickness from a single sheet up to 50 mm. It works with any hotmelt glue, including traditional EVA and PUR, with precise temperature control, and requires no adjustments between jobs, ensuring seamless transitions and consistent results.

Perfectly suited for any workspace, the machine operates quietly, cleanly, and odorlessly, while remaining energy efficient. Its ergonomic design ensures safe and comfortable use in all environments, and its simple, fast operation eliminates the need for specialist training or dedicated operators.

Fastbind ONE Sense Ultra XXL is ready to bind in less than 15 minutes from switch on and does not require daily cleaning (unless you use the PUR glue). Anyone can learn to use it in minutes, without long and expensive training sessions.

Fastbind ONE Sense Ultra XXL comes with our patented PGO Gen 5 spine preparation system. This latest generation of our Paper Grain Opening device exposes the paper fibers for better glue penetration.

Modular design

ONE Sense Ultra XXL already comes fully equipped with an ergonomic stand with storage shelves and motion wheels. It also includes a PUR extraction connection kit to attached your fume extractor. You can still add an easy PUR cleaning kit with disposable trays and the hard cover toolkit.

Hard Cover Toolkit

The hardcover toolkit consists of a nipping bar and a paper guide. The special shape of the bar forms perfect grooves in the hard cover and gives a professional look to the finished book. The guide allows a regular offset of the content inside the cover.
