Fastbind ONE Handy XXL is the ideal binding solution in a digital setting. Highly flexible, this manual perfect binder quickly binds hard and soft cover books as well as tear-off pads or binding stripes.
ONE Handy XXL binds all formats up to A3 portrait or landscape and 50 mm thick without any adjustment between jobs. It can bind with traditional EVA hotmelt glue or PUR. PUR operations are easy, fast, quiet and the cleaning takes only minutes. The end result is a perfect binding that is strong, square and affordable. Its modern and ergonomic design fits in any environment from a copy shop to a print room. It is quiet, safe, clean, odorless, emissions free with minimal power consumption.

The optional new roughener PGO Gen 5 is a great tool for the spine preparation with difficult materials like thick or heavily coated papers. It is easy to install and transforms instantly an office binder into a professional device with the best binding strenght.

Hard Cover Toolkit

This kit includes a nipping bar and a special paper guide. The shape of the bar forms perfect grooves in the hard cover and gives a professional look to the finished book. The guide allows a regular offset of the content inside the cover.
