Supporting our customers has always been Fastbind’s #1 priority, and as we have grown the last 5 years we realized the need to increase our effort to deliver to our customers their machines and supply orders in a more professional and timely manner. It is our goal and very important to us that we support our dealer network and ultimately our customers with the products they need, when they need them.
To do this, in January 2007 we opened the Fastbind USA warehouse located in Miramar, FL, dedicated to inventorying Fastbind machines and supplies for distribution within the US, Canada and Latin America. The south Florida location gives us an easy entry port for our sea containers to arrive, cutting down on travel time and costs, helping us pass on the savings to you.
Under most circumstances we will have the products and supplies that you need ready to ship within 24 hours. We also will airfreight or expedite machines or specialty supplies as needed, adding only a few more days to the delivery time.
2007 has seen a surge in sales across North America and it is a challenge to keep the warehouse full of inventory, but it is our goal and our intent to make sure you can get what you want, when you want it!
